RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At OutofThe Blue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are pleased to offer a clear and stress-free return policy in accordance with retail best practices.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Sale or promotional items must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In their original condition and packaging
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt
    • Inclusive of all accessories such as leather tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and any other items provided at delivery
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment only.
  • Store credit is not provided under any circumstances.
  • Once refunded, customers may place a new order for the desired item on www.outoftheblue.qa.

Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

  • Monogrammed or personalized items are strictly non-returnable.
  • Lingerie and men’s underwear are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Skincare, make-up, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
    • In such cases, customers must notify Blue Salon within 15 days of delivery and return the item in-store in its original condition, packaging, with the receipt and a valid ID.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact Blue Salon within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number in the email or have it ready when calling.

Condition & Restocking

  • Items that are used, worn, damaged, soiled, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • If an item is returned in a compromised condition, a 50% restocking fee may be deducted from the original purchase price.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item that has been shipped to you, please follow the instructions outlined below.

Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
Enclose the invoice / receipt
Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Present the package to the appropriate carrier.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
Once your item has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is to the discretion of your bank on how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days after the return has been approved.
  • We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know your refund status.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
